The Main House
 
Seven sets of 8-foot-high French doors in the Great Room open onto a continuous 165 feet of wrap-around deck. The deck is 10 feet wide with 15 foot high ceilings. The Great Room itself measures 43' x 24', is over 1,000 square feet in area, and has 26 foot high, exposed wood beam ceilings.
 
A massive stone fireplace rises the full 26' to the ceiling. Light flows in through huge palladian windows onto gleaming wood floors.
 
The large gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry and granite counter tops. It is equipped with a side-by-side, sub-zero refrigerator and freezer and viking stove, griddle and ovens. A 13' x 11' pantry adjoins the kitchen.
 
The master suite is located on the top floor for privacy and every room has 10-foot ceilings. This suite is 1,050 square feet plus 306 square feet of balconies, and includes the master bedroom, a library, master bath, large walk-in closet, two balconies and a catwalk that overlooks the Great Room 12 feet below.
 
Both the master bedroom and library have two sets of French doors that lead out to their own private balconies. The expansive 21.5 x 16.5 master bedroom easily accommodates oversized bedroom furnitureas well as a sofa and chairs for an intimate bedroom seating area.
 
The library features a cozy fireplace, all custom cabinetry and bookcases and includes a mini fridge.
 
The master bath has a very spacious, seven-foot square, imported tile double shower and a private toilet and bidet area. The walk-in closet is a comfortable 13x9 with a custom vinyl clad closet organizer, and storage attic.
 
This mansion has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, a family room, dining room library, two car garage, two balconies, and three fireplaces. There are also three separate air conditioning and heating systems.
 
Guest Houses
 
Each 1,500 square foot guest home is identical. There are five of these guest homes on the estate. Each is sited for optimum panoramic views and sits atop a mountain ridge. Each of these homes has its own individual driveway, front and back yard and landscaping.
 
All guest homes include the following amenities:
